This forum is a bag of hot air....

..and just to prove it:Wink
I was up in an air balloon the other Sunday(as yer do), as some passenger had dropped out(whaaaaa!) and the owners asked me if I wanted a free ride.
I almost ripped my arm off and hailed a cab with the soggy end!
Gamely trying to change lenses whilst avoiding hitting the ground from 400 ft, our intrepid explorer switched between the 16-35 f2.8LMk2 and the 70-200 f4L(IS).
Light was dropping fast and it was turning overcast/dusk, so I was from ISO 200-800 shooting in aperture priority and guessing everything else.
Here's a couple with the 16-35.....
.....some REALLY nice telephoto ones to follow tomorrow!! If you don't wanna wait, they're at my Pbase gallery: Zig's Galleries

Zig, these are all great shots, and I am so jealous! What a fantastic opportunity. My favorites are this first one here and Far and Whee! on your web site. But I want to know just how far you had to hang out of that balloon for this second shot (Balloonflower).
