25 pounder
25 pounders they were called that because they fired a 25 pound shell later on they changed its name to a 105 howitzer. Used to fire those in my younger days,this one overlooks the Swan river in Perth West Aus.

Wonderful landscape!! It amazing how beautiful is winter season in Australia 
I find in your picture a very interesting contrast... the pounder and its very own meaning and the tranquility of the water in the river...
