www.blurb.com/books/1700181 Here is a link to an inspirational book by a photographer from my photo club. love her work. She is precisely where I would like to get to (at least part of the way). Perhaps some of you may find it as inspirational as I do. (let me know what you think)

The text on my online copy is very readable. Some of the photos are soft but as it is a guide to ideas it is very good.
Some of the things she has done are things I have done, although maybe her finished version is better than mine.
Other things give me food for thought. Irma was experimenting with panning the camera through trees at one time.

I personally find some of it a bit camera-clubby and generic...but, certainly most images are really well-chosen exemplars of how to actually look and see. As a tutorial in reminding one how to actually begin to open one's eyes, it is very clear and well-defined, a bit like embarking on a beginner's photography course and having someone knowledgeable at one's side to elucidate some basics of using the eye as opposed to the technology. And very valuable too. I personally find several of the more unique shots really captivating...good for her, out there doing it.
