This panorama was taken today in the hills high above the town of Fogo, on the north side of Fogo Island. (Newfoundland)
It is a series of three images taken handheld, and stitched together with Microsoft ICE. Not my favorite time of day for picture taking (as you know I much prefer evening light) but it gives you an idea of the island's geography.
You can see in the distance that there is still a lot of ice cover in our part of the North Atlantic.
