Caved in!!!
#1

Hey all, I've finally caved in and traded in my Canon 7D body for a Nikon D800 body!!!

I couldn't resist the allure of 36 megapixels.

Only hitch - I don't have any Nikon lenses and can't afford any until next month. It looks and feels fantastic in the hands and I can't wait until I can actually take some pictures with it!

I'm thinking of getting a cheap canon-nikon converter/lens mount off ebay so I can use my Canon lens in the meantime. Any suggestions?

Ah, there's no slipping things past you guys... Big Grin

It was actually yesterday for us but I know it's still Apr 1 in some parts of the US... Big Grin

So yes I'm still a Canon boy and no, I didn't run out and purchase a D800. Although having said that, with the D7000 that I put a deposit down for, it looks like they've run out of stock everywhere... Sad
