It is the touristy part of Capitola, California just 2 miles south of Santa Cruz, California. There are lots of shops and seafood restaurants. This picture was taken from the pier and the colored buildings are all condos that are mostly vacation rentals. Very cool place

I love the contrast between the town and the countryside. It looks enchanted.
