Are there any camera stores which deal with trading-in cameras and/or accessories?

There are a few, but they don't pay anywhere near what the gear is worth, better to sell on Ebay or some such.

Agreed... the stores have to make a profit on top of their selling costs and as such don't give you much for your used equipment. Best bet is to go ebay or an online classifieds site (tradingpost.com.au is pretty good if you're australian)
