I was sat on a rock for 30 minutes to get this little fellow. he just wouldn't stop still, and then someone got his attention and click.

That is what I thought at first, but it is a mongoose. Slightly larger and I reckon a lot faster.
It is in a zoo in Fuerteventura (canaries), hence the wire background.
The light was bad. This was at 72mm (432mm eq), f3.3, 1/30th, ISO400.
Hand held and braced.

Nice capture and your patients paid off. My wife gets frustrated with me because I will sit for long periods trying to get a good shot...and if I don't see it I don't snap the pic. God Bless...keep shooting.
