Not really a Kingdom or Hidden - it just reminds me of one...

I love skyscraper shots, probably because we don't have many in the UK

I admire the way you composed this picture... Very nice contrast of architectures. The light and colors are great...

Was it taken in the morning?

I don't know what you are doing but I love the smoothing and sharpening.

Nikon D3100 with Tokina 28-70mm f3.5, (I like to use a Vivitar .43x aux on the 28-70mm Tokina), Nikkor 10.5 mm fisheye, Quanteray 70-300mm f4.5, ProOptic 500 mm f6.3 mirror lens. http://donschaefferphoto.blogspot.com/

Thanks Don. I suppose that's the Toad "look" - it is a cocktail of several effects applied and then faded back to very small percentages. When it works right (and it doesn't always) - it leaves the photo looking unreally smooth and sharp - without leaving a really obvious clue as to what has been done.

Its a look that I have been working on and refining for a long time...

Yes, I second wulinka's request!
Good one Toad; both a lovely shot and something that does the bizz on many levels; really engaging little themes and motifs here.

I will try to post a mini-tutorial of some kind when I get back to town. Its not an exact science - but a combination of things that I know will achieve this look in certain circumstance. Thanks for your comments.
