Homemade diffuser panels.
#1

I came up with this idea for a homemade diffuser panel in the middle of my Developmental Psychology lecture today.

Materials:

60 x 45cm art canvas = $8.

sheet of tracing paper = $1.10

Simply remove the canvas from it's frame, and glue/stickytape the sheet of tracing paper. Place in front of light or flash gun.

Finished product:

Example pictures taken using diffuser panels (I made two, one for each flash gun) are here.

Grease proof paper works a little better for me, it is usually heavier and diffuses a little better. A large embroidery frame work very well for this also Smile
