Jocko one for you
#1

Hi John I rearly like the black and white street image with just a touch of color, it's something I have been using for sometime now I feel it give an excellent twist to a sometimes cluttered color image, see what you think of the image of a Mercedes Silver Arrow I have up loaded.

Cheers Pete

Brilliant image. I like messing with partial monochrome. Funnily enough, today I resized one with a view to posting here in the near future. So here it is!

Dimage Z3, 1/1000 sec, f5.6, ISO 100, 420mm lens equivalent.

The reason I went for the Sepia finish is because the girl engineer had lovely chestnut brown hair, so I sampled that colour for the tint.

Ask yourself, "What's most important for the final image?".

The more I look at your image, Pete, the more I like it.
