I wouldn't be in a hurry to purchase this camera even though I own (and like) an A2. With a SLR, the camera body is only the tip of the iceberg - the lenses are more important - and will outlive your camera bodies - which will be replaced as technology advances. That is a much different proposition than a prosumer.

I like the IS feature, but IS lenses are readily available for both Nikon and Canon now - so that is removed as a primary reason.

I'll wait for the reviews before I dismiss it completely, however.
