I like the colour in this photo very much! It's perfectly exposed for the sihlouettes.
However, I think with sihlouettes you need a strong or definite subject sihlouetted. The sign is prominent, but I do not see how it fits into the picture, or what the picture is trying to say with it. Just my 2c

This would make a great windows wallpaper. It does need a focus on the left side, something bigger than the distant trees on the right.
