I found this to be really cool - not only did they show the before and after images of a photoshopped model shoot, they iterate through the various elements that have been changed as well.

The most dramatic change for me was the removal of the shadows and bags on the face, and removal of slight impefections - wow... to me that really changed a slightly tired looking girl into a vibrant teenage beauty.
The aim of the site was to send a message out to young girls that appearances aren't everything - especially in a world where everything can be photoshopped, but I think it's quite useful as a photographer's resource as well - now I know what to look out for.
