Vitis coignetiae - taken at RHS Harlow Carr Yorkshire. This vine has the largest and most colourful leaves of all ornamental vines cultivated in the UK and certainly one worthy of inclusion in the garden. I wouldn't recommend it for the small garden though, and it requires wall or strong fencing for training and support.
