Nikon D3 cut in half
#1

If you've ever wondered what the inside of a digital SLR and lens looks like - here's a Nikon D3 and 14-24 F2.8G cut in half with all its innards exposed, at a Nikon booth.

Part of me is fascinated but the other half is screaming - noooo! Big Grin

That 14-24, even cut in half, is still twice the lens that Canon makes.... Big Grin

I notice that they didn't bandsaw a D3x, though - even Nikon must be having a bit of sticker shock on that one.

Completely agree! If there was one lens I would want to adapt to canon it would be that one! Big Grin
