Sorry to still be harping on about this, but
what version of Noise Ninja do you guys have?
What are the main differences? Is it important or better to fix noise in 16 bit mode than doing it in the converted 8bit Tiff or psd?
Merci,
Uli

I use Neat Image Pro. The free version works fantastic. I would go ahead and run the image through the program in 8bit tiff. Remember, the larger the file the longer it will take.
Sit, stay, ok, hold it! Awww, no drooling! :O

Uli - I have the full blown version of Noise Ninja. To be honest though - the 16 bit mode is something I don't use that often.
Canon stuff.

Chris, do you happen to know of any other function in the pro that you use that the home doesn't have?
thanks, uli

Uli - I use the batch ability and when I get my dual processor Mac I will use that as well. I also bought the plug-in version as I use it in Photoshop.
If you only have a single processor and only do a few photos at a time go with the home version.
Cheers,
Chris
