Nice!

[edit] I realized that this piece deserved more than a passing grunt of approval. It is nice to see you branching out in your painting style. This line drawing really works and highlights your recent efforts at putting more emotion in your subjects - particularly the people.

"People".... In all your works, your subjects seem all about people; their reactions, their feelings, their daily life etc. In your photography and in your poetry and in your painting too. I think once I told this, you are doing a great job dear Don, connecting all your fields through your all skills, this is so nice. I loved it, especially the reaction of this woman and the flower on the left... Well done, just I wander Have I missed this photograph that was the origin?

Thank you,
with my love,
nia

They are both so beautiful; you almost captured her genuine feelings in her face. But in the photograph the feeling is happiness, in the painting is much more astonishment... But this is my thought Smile dear Don, I loved them, and I am so glad you posted the photograph too.

I like the way you synthesize the picture in the drawing, Don.

A work of art which did not begin in emotion is not art.
