Let's see some pics! Or are you still too busy playing it?
Just took a look at the Washburn site. Now I want one too! Great lookin' bass. Started with a Canon A60, now I'm using a Panasonic FZ10

Yeah, ol' stripey!
Yes that neck and deep real solid wood body give it a rich, sort of "electric double bass" sound. BUT, the tone circuitry is so effective that the deep purr can be changed right up to a sharp funk sound. The pick ups are passive despite rumours to the contrary btw. They are a suprisingly high output too! The body is light, (as it is very small), and the proportionately huge neck balances it at a 45degree angle on the strap. Action is soft and quick. Neck is suitably slim and comfy. Score? 10/10 A real treat. Cave canem

Ahhh 'tis a thing of beauty indeed! Well done mate! Thanks for brightening up my day with the pics!
I think passive pickups are great - don't have to worry about your 9V battery running out on you in the middle of a gig. Happened to me a few times now... :| God has placed me on earth to accomplish certain things. Right now, I am so far behind that I will never die.
