Lovely portrait. Beautiful side lighting. Good composition. Well processed.
Could do with seeing a bit more detail of the left hand ear and you might have cloned out the bit of shine on the tip of her nose, but that’s just nit picking.

I have to agree with Dean, not about the ear, but the shine on her nose..
