New Powershot S410
#1

Family in Japan sent me a new Canon Powershot S410 for my birthday. It's called the IXY 450 in Japan. The manual and support materials are in Japanese. Does anyone know where I can get an English Language manual for it?

Nikon D3100 with Tokina 28-70mm f3.5, (I like to use a Vivitar .43x aux on the 28-70mm Tokina), Nikkor 10.5 mm fisheye, Quanteray 70-300mm f4.5, ProOptic 500 mm f6.3 mirror lens. http://donschaefferphoto.blogspot.com/

Awesome! More fun to play with! No manual features though, but oh well - can't look a gift horse in the mouth! Big Grin

Thanks, guys. It won't be my primary camera but it's neat to carry a small camera around for grab shots. It's fast. It does seem to have a manual setting.

PS., the thread on my auxillary lens adapter (I had bought the plastic Canon one) appears to have been stripped and the 52->49 mm size changing ring appears to be permanently jammed onto my .6x aux lens. I think the days of my wide angle cruthc have drawn to an end. I'm gonna have to take straight photos from now on.

I don't know shuttertalk. The lens just came off when I turned it to tighten it.
