....or galanthus nivalis, I think....what do you guys call these harbingers of spring in places other than the UK?

Taken last week on an overcast morning in the woods, using the 50mm f1.4 wide open at ASA 400...and then only getting 1/80s...but I did have my polariser on.
I multiplied the darks and toned in pp. Looks a darn sight better unsized for web, but hey....

Outstanding!! ...and this is from someone who rarely comments on flower pictures as I have no natural affinity for them (feels like gilding the lily usually).

I love the processing and the path in the lower left. I will try to say something deeper after a bit of reflection, but this photo totally works for me. Very well done!
