Expressing emotions has been something I have been working on in the past few months... I post some of my tries in this forum for you to feel free to tell whether these images really convince what I wanted to say, and what you think about this idea...
Enduring.
Shy
Thanks...

I don't get the first one, but the second one definitely gives me an impression of Coyness or shyness.
Lighting on both looks great. I might be tempted to use healing brush to remove the line where the backdrop meets the surface the pear is resting on.
Great work.
I like these a lot. The first one gives me a feeling of fragility and a bit of tension. The second one looks very sexy...
Thanks Craig, Toad...
Craig, about the line I will make a try to see how it looks, maybe using a gradient not to miss the depth... I'll see...

Irma, your creative mind is always amazing, I can't explain well, but so artistic, and I loved them all. Colours, compositions and the technical details they are well done, Thank you Irma, these are also inspirational works for all of us
Have a nice weekend,
with my love,
nia
Irma, I particularly love the first one, which I find very painterly. I love the sense of gentleness and fragility that I get from the image. I am not sure I like the vertical lines close to the edge there, but I agree something is needed there and so unless you have something better in mind (like a suitable mat) it is probably best to leave them there. Once you have a mat, I think that the lines will work less well. I would dearly love to know how you did this photo. I have been experimenting with out of focus images to achieve different but related effects, but this is very interesting.
The second image I like less well. I can see why Toad see it as sexy and it is extremely well done technically with stunning colors and wonderful lighting. However to me, the photo looks a bit contrived and less subtle than most of your work. I agree that a gradient would work well. Also perhaps a very subtle tonal differences in the background wall (perhaps a subtle, faint shadow?) in order to brake the monotony?
Pavel
They are both very striking.
The second one with the pear I would title 'Seduction'.

Thanks nia, NT... Seduction is a nice title too... as I saw in this pear a beautiful
roundy girl...
Pavel, thanks a lot for your review on these pictures....
#1 is part of my distortion series I worked few months ago. The leaf is leaning in the background and I took my pictures through a bottle of wine. I took different distortions some of them made the twig of the leaf thicker and with some spots... but I liked more the fragility as you mentioned of this distortion....
The lines close to the edges are the lines of the bottle, and I left them like this because without them the leaf looks kind of loose..
About the pear... I see your idea, and this picture is one I have to take again as I want to make another with a colorful Mexican fabric...
