The lenses I used in both lots were the Tamron 90mm f2.8 macro and my mate's Sigma 100-300, though the latter can only be used at working aperture.
The scabby plant thing is something called Elephant's Ears if yer not posh...or Gunnera Manicata if you are(or if you're a smartass like me who knows this stuff): basically looks like a rhubarb genetically spliced with the Empire Sate Building: big, like.
If you still haven't lost complete interest, feel free to ask any stuff like EXIF, pp, etc;

The rhubarb thingy is very nicely done. Makes me hungry... Wink

I am a bit indifferent to #3. I love the foreground tree and I see what you are going for but the sky being a different color exactly where the tree line is isn't doing it for me. It makes the whole image feel a bit off-register. Sorry mate.

The window is a bit like Bottocelli's Venus, and I am with Toad on the trees. Were you due a storm?
er..no...clear blue skies all day; this was as the very last rays hit it, 1 minute later there was nowt!
Yup, really liking the third one. I think it's the small tree on the left that really adds to the image.
