If you don't have a scanner that can handle 35mm negatives, you can apparently build your own with some toilet rolls, a slide holder and a spare filter. Conversion from negative to positive is done via software post processing.

What's not to like about this? DIY at its best...
Going to have to give this a go, I have a ton of Geppe slide mounts sitting around.
How do you get the high magnification you need to make a proper copy?
