Interesting commentary over at Engadget - apparently Olympus think that their entry level DSLRs can be completely replaced by the PEN (EP-1, EP-2 etc.) cameras - so much so that they are not looking to bring out a E-620 replacement (their current entry level DSLR).

I think Olympus should seriously go for m43 it re their lineup. They have totally pissed off their 4/3 crowd with lame E-5 offering. If they don't want Panasonic to totally put them out of business - they should pursue lenses for m43 as much as possible. Panasonic wants that - Olympus gives them street cred. Its win-win.
I remember Matthew's wise words on something very similar not so long ago.
