Well, poppies(3) by stealth.
I just happened to notice the evening light hitting these in my garden last night; I felt they already were the finished shot so these are unprocessed conversions "as was".
Both, f5.6 at the long end of the 70-200, still with the x1.4 extender on; ISO 800 and 1600 respectively...the latter looks really nice large, as the noise is very film-like.

Yes, wonderful they are, especially in the second one you caught and captured so impressive image! I really loved them, your poppies fascinating! But after your (you and dear Irma) poppies, I can't post my poppies But for next time if I catch them again, will be inspiration for me all your photographs. Million thanks,

The light is very nice for isolating your subjects.
