Bryce Canyon is an amazing place, and it's at its best just after sunrise. the colors go from dim, dusty mauve before sunrise to an explosion of color as the sun comes over the horizon and the light bounces and reflects among the "hoodoos". by mid-morning, the show is over, and everything is a uniform shade of pumpkin orange...
