another from Ruby Beach on the Washington coast... i do love that place, especially at sunset! this was one of those "last look" shots... i'd been there most of the afternoon and evening, and was finally heading back to the car, and i stopped for one last look, and just had to set up the tripod one more time...

Definitely worth taking that last look! Love the hues in this one.

Superb color. Different light makes such a difference. Best policy is to shoot at several times of day if you have the luxury to do it.

thanks, guys... i've often found that it's worth turning around one last time before i leave a spot - sometimes that's the best shot of the day!
