This is a pretty bizzare story - photographer Jay Lee found his images being used without his permission (watermark cropped out) on a website and issued a DMCA takedown request to the webhosting provider hosting the sites.

The owner's accounts was then all suspended, which took down 14 sites, which from what I am reading, is a pretty severe overreaction from the hosting provider.

The twist - the offender is actually a lawyer (you'd think she would know better) and they both go on a crazy back and forth on blogs and such, and she ends up threatening to sue him for "libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and seek punitive damages as well as actual, court costs, attorney fees, and interest."
