Yes, unfortunately, EU citizens only...
Ah! I so much wanted to participate in this competition since I have so many awesome photographs from my trip to Paris, Versailles, Switzerland, Venice, Pisa, Rome etc... But unfortunately this is only for EU residents

I'm starting to think I'm from the North Pole
but my GPS says it's still called Croatia..
