Cool shot Don. A little sooner and you might have got the engine.

Very nice color and tone.
Thank you very much. This was a late afternoon shot from the bus. I had to clone out the florescent lights of th ebus (which you can still see traces of). I also used a software filter simulation to add some warm tone.

Another goodie! I reckon the train must be carrying Whiskey - for Xmas
Remember that song from Nancy Whiskey?
"freight train, freight train goin' so fast"
Polly
The one I like is by Tom Paxton.
"Way beyond Chicago,
that is where the longest trains go."

You may find Nancy Whiskey on this link, not sure about Tom Paxton though. All files are genuine recordings, mp3, wav, wma etc - go here

Joyce may well enjoy a browse too, 6 pages of pure nostalgia!

Don,
The grainy sky ends abrupty and there are a couple of smudge marks. Are those the cloning parts you are speaking of? Otherwise I like the icy blue cast of the picture. Once again, enhances the cold feeling of the moment.

Thanks Polly. I'll check.

Thanks Jerry
