Has anyone tried this lens with a Nikon TC-20E AF-S Teleconverter III? Since this converter is expensive I'd quite like some views before I dive in!!

Do you have a full frame camera? That's what this is designed for and why it's so expensive.

Have you considered renting one to see if it meets your needs and expectations?

My personal favorite is RentGlass.com, but they don't have that particular TC.
