I'm still hesitant to use Flicker because even with all the creative commons licenses, it still looks difficult to monitor, or am I missing something?

Especially where I am from, stealing of photos is quite common and it's difficult to chase after the perpetrators. Do you have similar concerns with using Flickr?

I use Flickr through Creative Common Licensing for a few online projects I am involved with. The key is to always give credit to the person who took the photo and review any restrictions placed on the photo before using it.
