Colin: It is taken at the Maritime Museum on Kits Point in Vancouver near Sunset. This guy had just replaced the bulb in the little lighthouse at the entrance to the cove. The shot is cropped, a tree that broke the composition was removed, and a trace of Buzz Simplifier applied. Velvia 50 film - Nikon F100 - 28-200 F2.8 ED zoom.

nice like it. looove the colour....uuhmmm velvia niice film. have you tryed to push it to 100 asa and then push prosecess? increses the saturation and contrast.

I haven't tried pushing Velvia yet - but others have also suggested this - it is something I will try soon.
