I came across this digital art quilt, which was a series of tiles that different artists worked on to produce one big image. They were given a theme and nstructions to "mesh your work as smoothly as possible with the surrounding tiles, while creating something cool, artistic, and if applicable, on-topic."

What do you think? Could something similar be done with digital photography as well?
I took one look at it and said that was Salvador Dali's stuff. I looked back at the top of the page and I was right. The man was a genius Lincoln in Dalivision is one of my favorites. up close it is a cool painting, but the genius is when you back up from it is a painting of Abraham Lincoln. If the man could paint something like that why couldn't we do it with digital photography? I would take some digital darkroom work, but I have seen similar stuff done with film too.

It is remarkable how well the artists stayed on theme and on style.
