Biofilm Quicksand
Most of the organisms I find are living close to
biofilm floating continents or small floating islands of it.
Biofilm is partly food and partly quicksand
for those poor creatures. Trapped In the biofilm this afternoon,
I found a ciliate I had not seen before and over the surface of the
biofilm I found a world of paralyzed wonders.
