Just looking at it, the smaller body doesn't really appeal to me.
Especially when put side by side with the D70, which looks nicer to hold!

There are a number of very obvious misrepresentations in there... could it be that the reviewer has not actually used a 350D yet?

Most likely slej - most of the comparisons were with specs.
I dunno about comparing the D70 vs the XT. The XT is the latest technology whereas the D70 is months behind (and probably soon to be superceded... hopefully?

Plus I always thought the D70 was targeted more towards the medium end of the market, with the richer feature set. The Rebels are definitely aimed towards the low end, and priced that way.
I would have liked to see a *ist DS vs XT comparison - now that would have been interesting.
