#3 and 4 are great shots Wayne. #3 is quite blue. Did you use a polorizer?

Nice overcast day, I think the clouds were reflecting the blue water I suspect ? I have a polariser but didn't think to use it. Any way I can improve my shots ?

Hrmmm one of the best pieces of advice i got when i got started into photography, was to "keep things simple".

Very nice. You will get a lot of pleasure from the Minolta. My favs are #1 and the the seal.

I really like the sepia tone and film grain on your second attempt at the seal - really improves the mood of the shot.

Nice shots. I do think the first photo is too dark.

That photo of the seal is a classic, especially in the b&w form.

Love the seal shot, especially the sepia one. Pity it met its demise though. There's a lot of texture in that shot which I find appealing.

The boats pic is also quite nice..

Great shots I love anything near the beach, was bought up on Scarborough Beach, but I am thinking that the moderators and dialuppers will give you a stern talking to, your images need to be reduced in size as many were up around 450kb.
