I think it's reticles wearing stuff like that but to each their own I suppose. Why would anyone want to deform themselves like that is beyond me.

The Deputy Headmaster at the local highschool where my two youngest go has one of these in one ear, not my thing but some like it. I wanted to get an ear pierced when my 12 year old daughter got hers done last month and she said she would disown me if I did. Oh well.

With the ear plugs - I suppose one positive is that you'll always have somewhere to hang your keys...

A good freind of mine wore a small one of these for a while just a plastic one, i don't really understand the whole reason but anyway :-|
