Hmmm. I like the lighting. It's nice but there seems to be more open space on the right than necessary. Maybe a vertical crop? Not sure. I just noticed you're from Richmond. Awesome! Another local to Toad and myself and Jerry kind of. He's Victoria.

Its funny you mention that. Because I did crop the top, but thought I might get hammered for going too much for the 16x9 effect

Nice shot... I tend to agree with Peto though - to my eyes, there's too much empty space on the right.

I like it too, did some shots like these myself. I agree with Colin on the open space on the right, though. Have you tried what it would look like if you use the rule of thirds? In my opinion, pictures like these profit a lot from the "Golden Ratio".
