I know I posted the one earlier photo of me, but I have processed the remaining three. I asked the photographer to give me the raw color shots and I would do the post processing if possible He consented which is GREAT!. I now have to decide which to submit for the calendar. I would really appreciate your thought on this and tell me which you prefer.

I still go for the one you posted first (#1 from the left).
#3 is out of question for me, because the pose and the tattoo reminds me immediately of Arnold Schwarzenegger. To vulgar IMO.
#4 shows the same humble pose as #1, but I like the lighting and composition in #1 better. The cut off part of the head doesn't work well for me in #4.
#2 is, for me, a candidate. The reason why I still prefer #1 is the expression in his face, it's difficult to tell but one could easily interprete it as aggressive. It might be appealing for the ladies though, as you can see his eyes.
#1... I told you already. I like the humble pose which I think is a bit off the trodden path of a portrait. It shows much of what I think is the essence of a fire fighter: The forgotten hero, serving the community, not really expecting to be celebrated, and so on.

I have seen already your first post... I have seen all your pictures, but I think I have to think and see them carefully.... I will come back later to give my comment
#1 is my pick of the 4, Jerryand #3 a close second. I don't care for the facial expression on #2 and #4 as much.
I think the decision will come down to whether you want to show your "ink" or not.
I like the humble expression in #1 - but #3 makes you look more ripped and the hose is in a somewhat more "alert" position - which might work best here...
[edit] my wife agrees with my choices independently. She thinks your expression in #1 makes you look more "sensitive" which she things women will like...
When I saw the first one for the first time I immediately wanted to see the position of your hads, and I liked. Your pose is very easy to see and understand and the expression is ok... There are not many distractors.... I prefer #1 from the 4
Like Toad I got my wife in here to take a look see. She chose #3 and #4. I choose #1 and #3. I would take the chance on the tatty and go with #3 as it is a great pose.
ok i asked a expert ( my 16 year old daughter
) and she says #3 . But to be honest with you i liked #1 better. I agree with the tatoo thing. To me its a little distacting , but i am not a woman and some of them like the " bad boy " look.

Ha ha; this won't help; I'd rank them in this order: 4,1,3,2.
In 4 you look contemplative, and "thinking" is a good thing.
1 is cool, too, probably the most erotic of the group. If that's what you're going for...
3 is a bit too posed for my taste, and in 2 you look smug.

Thanks folks. I really appreicate this. I am leaning towards one. Most people like #4 but are not happy with the cutting off of my head (so to speak). A reshoot is not an option. DRATS.

I too prefer #1 the best - I think it's the most flattering and tasteful of the lot...
I like #1, great pictures.
I'd need to be a centrefold... and using a fisheye lense if they are to fit me in.
