Did this one with my Canon 400mm f5.6L handheld. IIRC, the settings on this one were Aperture Priority, set at f5.6 with a shutter speed somewhere around 1/500.

Wonderful pictures, the first is my favorite, the light and colors are perfect, totally natural. (as they should be of course.)
