I had the idea of this picture already for few weeks... I worked on it yesterday and I got this Smile

Wonderful Irma, love the softlight and warm tones. I like the feather a lot.
Thanks for your comment Bob, I also like the feather there, I think it looks very sweet...

I am very happy with this picture because I worked with long exposure, I use the tripod and remote control. I made also some boxes with tin foil to lighten evenly the place... The little problem is that the curtain in that room is yellow, so I will buy a white one to have better light color... It doesn't match well the white color but who cares, if this will give me nice light in my pictures Smile
I love this. Great work.
The yellow light probably warms the picture nicely Irma, you might not get the same results with a white one.
Lovely as usual, Irma. I'm a great fan of your work
Thanks Don Smile I am happy you like it.

Bob, you are right probably I just buy the fabric and use it when I need cold light.

Schell, Thanks for your comment, you made my day Smile
Whoa!
Actually my fave of all your work I've seen so far; a lovely study! The lighting, tones and texture are gorgeous, and the warm "omni" light works so well. That feather just re-engages my eye and takes me back in for another look at another level.
Goodness, woman: I thought you'd gone medium-format when I first looked!
Thanks Zig.. You are so kind... Smile

Telling you the truth I am also very pleased with this work... and also very happy because someone asked me a print of it ... Wink
Very "chocolatey"! Looks almost edible!
I love it!
I keep returning to look at it again....Irma, what lens here? Am guessing nifty-fifty?
I can smell the potpourri through the screen. Big Grin Very nice.
Thanks a lot for your comments Smile This is one of my favorites I think...

Zig, yes, it was the 50mm... I love it. It has given me a lot of good pictures...
