i got an email from christianbyrt@yahoo.com and i did not send it!!!

to christianbyrt@yahoo.com from christianbyrt@yahoo.com

It's a common tactic used by spammers - they set the from address to your address to try and get past the spam filters. Pretty easy to do, but these days providers such as hotmail automatically messages as spam if the from and to addresses are the same...
