Is there even such thing? 
Anyhoo, I saw a similar picture on another site (someone who had seen a even similar one several years ago), so I can't take credit for the originality, however I set things up completely different when I took this picture (so at least I can say the angle and composition is different
)

Just a regular 52mm red filter, and I used a white led flashlight, (no other ambient light). Yes the book is a photography book (hense some of the wording). No cropping, just resized, added the border, watermark, and I ran it thru noiseninja, but it took out next to nothing (damn 20D is soo good with noise).
