Thanks for your comments Smile
hi irma

very nice, i really like them

thanks for sharing
I shot pussy willow but yours is better.
The pussy willows are excellent Irma. Smile First is nice too but I have a soft spot for the willows.
Yeah, I agree... totally amazing, especially with the water drops... Big Grin
Very refreshing photos. Thank you for sharing! Wink
I love the second shot too. The colours are just beautiful. The first shot is a nice abstract
I like #1 because the lack of focus in some of the key photo elements brings the parts that are in focus into sharper relief. I tried this out in the "One Way" thread but this one may work even better.
Thanks so much for your comments Smile

About #1, There is a Japanese photographer I admire a lot.. she worked this technique with some red leaves in autumn. It seems to me that she was taking the pictures from the trunk of the tree and just part of one live in focus.. I would have like much more to have the focus area in one of the edges, but... I couldn't...

#2 had a very unpleasant background color... I remembered Toad's picture... The Financial District and the way he worked to complement the colors... I tried to work the same with the background and it looks much better...
