DSLR Photography Forum

Does anyone object to posting poetry photos or posters in Photo showcase? There has been a feeling expressed that this forum should be reserved for pure image.

Nah! We can't have a new forum for everything out of the envelope that people want to try. We would then have a forum for HDR and one for b&W and one experimental pp etc etc. Post your poems at will.

Most poetry goes over my head.
Have you ever read 'The Lady of Shallot'?
Might try a picture of that sometime, if I can find the right setting.

As for your question. I took Photo Showcase to be a showcase for extra special photo's but it is all in the mind of the poster.:/
I am not bothered one way or another. It could lead us in to another culture.

I don't mind at all - but if someone objects I guess it could go in General Talk.

You just keep posting your images with the poems the way you have for years Don.
