My wife tagged along to baking class with her sister, and ended up making a profiterole tower! There's a french name for it, but I don't know how to spell it. Big Grin

Guess who gets to eat it? Not me... she's bringing it to work tomorrow for show and tell. Sad

I'm getting offcuts though... Smile
