G'day Rufus.
Greetings, humans!!! Big Grin

Yes, you've spotted it.
It's the Zoom / Samson field recorder.
It records in stereo or 4-track, serves as a decent integrated device, USB mass-storage and PC audio interface. It incorporates built in mics, quarter jacks, XLR, and phantom power. Comes with Cubase LE, costs £200 and..........Wait for it......... It sounds VERY good at the price.
Yas!

Hi guys.
Yeah, it's going slowly now, (since Christmas), but it's ok. Thanks for asking. Smile

How are you lot?

I will post an H4 clip when I'm happy with it. It may not be music though.
Thing is, it's an easy tool to use, but hard to master. I want to illustrate it's multitrack ability, and currently I'm lousing it all up!

Carpe Diem cuz the charts and groupies sometime don't last even as long as the 'haymaking' day ..... and be sure to gimme an autographed picci when it happens. Cool

Pol - the younger.
Hi Pol! *waves*

What's been happening?

Rufus: sounds pretty awesome - so does that mean you can record and overlay tracks and then upload straight to your PC? Awesome!

Hiya Jules. Not a lot happening - no booking for me to play the Wigmore or Carnegie but this could be my big year, eh. Big Grin Big Grin

Greetings ST.

Yes, it records multi-track "in the field," and dumps that info, pan positions, FX, an' all, into the pc.
It also acts as an audio interface, meaning that through it, you can plug guitar, bass, keyboards etc straight into your pc.
